【摘要】 目的:探索寒凝气滞血瘀证动物模型的制作方法。方法:建立肾上腺素加冰水浴复合低温冷冻法大鼠血瘀证模型,并与低温冷冻法、肾上腺素加冰水浴法模型进行相关指标的比较。结果:模型组出现明显的唇周发黑,耳色暗红等瘀血体征;体温明显降低;血液流变学异常,与正常组及对照组比较有显著性差异。结论:上述方法建立的寒凝气滞血瘀证大鼠模型,符合中医证候特点,可以确定该模型成立。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the method of making animal models with cold and stagnation of the circulation of vital energy blood stasis. Methods: Establish blood stasis adrenaline and ice water bath composite low temperature freezing model in rats,and compare the correlative index with low temperature freezing method,adrenaline and ice water bath method model. Results: The model group showed obviously black color around the lip,dark red of ear color,which belonged to stasis signs; body temperature decreased significantly; abnormal blood rheology,there was a significant difference compared with normal group and control group. Conclusion: Use above-mentioned methods for blood stasis due to cold accumulation and stagnation of the circulation of vital energy rat model in accordance with the characteristics of TCM syndrome,which can determine the model established.更多还原
