【摘要】 目的:观察琥珀散治疗血瘀型卵巢巧克力样囊肿的临床疗效。方法:30例卵巢巧克力样囊肿患者随机分为琥珀散治疗组15例,桂枝茯苓胶囊对照组15例,治疗期间治疗组脱失1例,对照组脱失2例,治疗3个月后,观察治疗前后临床症状改善情况,巧囊径线变化,血清CA125变化及有效率情况。结果:治疗3个月后,两组中医症候评分及巧囊最大径在治疗后均降低,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清CA125含量在治疗后均降低,但两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组临床疗效及中医症候疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:琥珀散治疗血瘀型卵巢巧克力样囊肿可有效改善临床症状,减小患者巧囊最大径线,降低患者血清CA125水平,具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To objective the curative effect of Hupo powder for treating chocolate cyst of ovary with stagnation of qi and blood stasis. Methods: 30 cases of chocolate cyst were assigned to a treatment group( treated with Hupo powder)with 15 cases and a control group( treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule) with 15 cases according to table of random digit.Treatment group lost one case and control group lost two cases during the therapy session. Compared the difference of symptom,cyst,CA125 and effective rate between two groups before and after treatment. Results: The Chinese medicine symptom score and the maximum diameter of cyst of both groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The contents of CA125 in both groups decreased after treatment,but there was no significant difference( P < 0. 05). Compared the clinical effect and the TCM symptom effect,the treatment group was better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Hupo powder can improve the clinical symptoms,decrease the maximum diameter of cyst and the level of CA125 for treating chocolate cyst of ovary with stagnation of qi and blood stasis,which has satisfactory effects and worths expanding.更多还原
