【摘要】 目的:研究补肾通督胶囊对CIA大鼠的免疫调控作用。方法:将大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、补肾通督胶囊(BS)低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和雷公藤组,接受相应治疗。结果:BS对脾脏、外周血淋巴细胞有调控作用,对血清IL6和Ⅱ型胶原蛋白抗体的水平有抑制作用。结论:补肾通督胶囊对外周血淋巴细胞的调控作用效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Bushen Tongdu capsules on arthritis rats induced by collagen. Methods:Rats were randomly assigned into six groups,normal control( C),model( M),low dose of BS( BSL),medium dose( BSM),high dose( BSH),tripterygium glycosides( TG) groups and they were treated. Results: Bushen Tongdu capsules could relieve hyperplasia of spleen white pulp,modulate peripheral lymphocytes,IL- 6 and coll- Ⅱ antibody.Conclusion: Bushen Tongdu capsules are effective on modulation of peripheral lymphocyte functions.更多还原
