【摘要】 目的为了解粮食蔬菜中砷、铅、汞的污染状况。方法按照统一采样要求,对涪陵区大木乡及城郊分别采集3种粮食90份,4种蔬菜120份进行砷、铅和汞金属毒物监测。具体检测方法,按照中华人民共和国国家标准检验方法进行检测。结果本次所抽检的稻谷、小麦、玉米、青菜、白菜、四季豆、土豆等粮食、蔬菜样品中总砷、铅、总汞均低于国家标准《GB 2762—2012》。结论涪陵区所检粮食蔬菜中砷、铅和汞重金属符合食品安全国家标准规定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the heavy metal contamination status of arsenic,lead and mercury in vegetables and foodstuffs in Fuling district of Chongqing. Methods A total of 120 vegetable samples of 4 categories and 90 foodstuff samples of 3 categories were collected from several local suppliers and markets in Fuling district. Arsenic,lead and mercury were determined according to Chinese National Standards GB /T5009- 2003. Results The levels of arsenic,lead and mercury in rice,wheat,corn,cabbage,Chinese cabbage,green beans and potatoes were all below the Chinese National standard GB 2762- 2012. Conclusion The contents of arsenic,lead and mercury in foodstuffs and vegetables in Fuling district all meet with the national standards.更多还原
