【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定肾福康胶囊中大黄酸的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C₁₈色谱柱（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（85:15）,流速:1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长:254 nm。结果:大黄酸在进样量0.1¹.0μg范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均加样回收率为100.01%,RSD为0.07%。结论:本法快速、简便、准确,可用于肾福康胶囊中大黄酸含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of rhein in Shenfukang capsules by HPLC.Methods:A Kromasil C₁₈ column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used as the chromatographic column,the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid（85:15）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml ? min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results:The good linear relationship of rhein was obtained within the range of 0.1-1.0 μg（r = 0.999 9）,and the average recovery was 100.01%（RSD =0.07%）.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple and accurate,which can be used in the determination of rhein in Shenfukang capsules.更多还原
