【摘要】 目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定胡椒碱胶囊中胡椒碱含量。方法:以甲醇-水（77:23）为流动相,经Diamonsil C₁₈色谱柱（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）分离,流速1.0 ml·min^-1,检测波长343 nm。结果:胡椒碱在0.5⁵0.0μg·ml^-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,方法学精密度、重复性和稳定性均小于2%,胡椒碱平均回收率103.02%±4.09%（n=9）。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于测定胡椒碱胶囊中胡椒碱含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of piperine capsules.Methods:The samples were separated on a RP-C₁₈ column（Diamonsil,200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）with the mobile phase of methanol-water（77:23）.The flow rate was1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 343 nm.Results:The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.5-50.0 μg·ml^-1 for piperine with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9.The average recovery was 103.02%±4.09%（n=9）.Condusion:The method is reliable,precise and reproducible in the content determination of piperine capsules.更多还原
