【摘要】 目的:观察自拟清热消疡方加锡类散灌肠联合整肠灵丸内服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将门诊和住院患者共62例,分为治疗组、美沙拉嗪组、柳氮磺嘧啶组,治疗组以自拟清热消疡方1剂/d加锡类散灌肠,并予整肠灵丸5g,tid口服;美沙拉嗪组采用美沙拉嗪肠溶片1g/次,4次/d;柳氮磺嘧啶组采用柳氮磺嘧啶片1g/次,4次/d;均3个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组在临床症状改善上优于美沙拉嗪组(P<0.05)及柳氮磺嘧啶组(P<0.01),美沙拉嗪组优于柳氮磺嘧啶组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率90.9%,美沙拉嗪组总有效率85.0%,柳氮磺嘧啶组总有效率60.0%。结论:自拟清热消疡方加锡类散灌肠联合整肠灵丸内服治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe curative effects of TCM on ulcerative colitis. Methods: 62 outpatients and inpatients were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group, Mesalazine group and sulfasalazine group. Patients in treatment group were given the Qingre Xiaoyang recipe plus enema, and given Zhengchangling Wan for oral administration, 3 times daily. The Mesalazine group took 1g of Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets each time, 4 times daily. The sulfasalazine group took 1g of sulfasalazine tablets each time, 4 times daily. All courses were 3 months. Results: The improvement of clinical symptoms in treatment group were superior to the Mesalazine group(P<0.05) and the sulfasalazine group(P<0.01), and that of Mesalazine group were superior to the sulfasalazine group(P<0.01). The total efficacy in the treatment group was 90.9%, in the Mesalazine group it was 85.0%, and it was 60.0% in the sulfasalazine group. Conclusion: TCM therapy was effective on ulcerative colitis.更多还原
