【摘要】 目的:对奥曲肽结合大承气汤治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床效果进行观察和分析。方法:选择2008年10月-2013年10月在本院进行治疗的急性重症胰腺炎患者48例,按照随机数表的方法随机将其分为观察组和对照组两组各24例,其中观察组给予奥曲肽结合大承气汤加减治疗,对照组则给予单纯奥曲肽治疗,对两组患者的临床症状缓解情况以及血清学指标的变化情况进行观察和比较。结果:在本组研究中,对照组治疗总有效率为66.67%,死亡率为8.33%,观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.67%,死亡率为0,观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,死亡率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著性,P<0.05。结论:奥曲肽结合大承气汤应用于急性重症胰腺炎的临床治疗中疗效显著,对于提高治愈率,降低死亡率具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and analyze clinical effects of octreotide plus the Da Chengqi decoction on treating severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:48 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,24 cases for each.The control group received octreotide,while another received the Da Chengqi decoction more.Changes of clinical symptoms and serological index were observed.Results:The total efficiency in the control group was 66.67%,the mortality rate was 8.33%;while in the observation group it was 91.67%,the mortality rate was 0.The total efficiency and the mortality in the observation group were significantly better than the control(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of octreotide plus the Da Chengqi decoction was confirmed and there were positive significance in improving curative rate and reducing mortality rate.更多还原
