【摘要】 目的:讨论中医整体观念在中风护理中的运用。方法:通过对中医整体观念的认识,将中医整体观念与现代护理理念相结合,并运用到临床护理工作中。结果:在这一传统中医理论指导下,我们在长期的临床护理实践中,从"脏腑一体观、形神一体观、天人合一观"三方面融入到中风患者的临床护理理念中,因人施护,辨证施护,注重患者情志的调节,消除自然和社会的不利因素,为患者提供优质的护理服务。结论:在防治疾病的过程中要求医护人员既要顺从自然规律,又要注意调整因社会因素而导致的精神情志和生理功能的异常,尽可能地让患者重新站立,回归社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the application of the TCM concept in stroke nursing. Methods: The TCM concept combined with modern nursing philosophy were applied in clinical care based on the TCM concept. Results: Under the guidance of the TCM theory, organs concept, Xingshen concept and Tianren concept were applied in stroke nursing for many years. At the same time, quality nursing with emotional regulation and eliminating the negative factors of nature and society was provided for patients. Conclusion: In clinic, doctors and nurses need not only obey the nature, but also regulate emotion and physiological function to help patients re-stand and return to society as much as possible.更多还原
