【摘要】 目的:观察慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者采取益气养阴化瘀法治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2012年2月-2014年2月接诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者80例作为研究对象,随机均分为研究组与对照组,各40例。其中对照组患者采取胃复胶囊治疗,而研究组患者给予益气养阴化瘀法治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应发生率情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%(37/40),对照组则为80.00%(32/40),研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为5.00%(2/40),对照组则为17.50%(7/40),研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采取益气养阴化瘀法治疗可以取得比较良好的效果,疗效确切,同时安全性更高,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Yiqi Yangyin Huayu therapy on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given the Fuwei capsules; another was given the Yiqi Yangyin Huayu therapy. Results: The total efficacy in the study group was 92.50%, obviously higher than 80.00% in the control; the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%, lower than 17.50% in the control(P<0.01). Conclusion: The Yiqi Yangyin Huayu therapy shows remarkable effects and high safety on chronic atrophic gastritis.更多还原
