【摘要】 目的:分析研究临床面对股骨颈骨折患者时给予其中西医结合治疗后的临床效果。方法:择取我科室在近期内接诊的83例股骨颈骨折患者,并按照治疗内容的不同将患者分组,将其中单纯实施西医手术治疗的41例患者记为A组,将增加中医辨证施治的42例患者记为B组。结果:A组患者与B组患者在骨折愈合时间方面比较,B组患者的耗时明显较短(P<0.05);在术后1年股骨头坏死率方面,A组患者与B组患者的发生率分别为4.88%、4.76%,组间比对,并无明显区别(P>0.05)。结论:临床在面对股骨颈骨折患者时,对其实施中西医结合治疗后的效果是非常理想的,此法适合在各医院进行推广实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze clinical effects of the integrative medicine on femoral neck fracture. Methods: 83 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the group A was given western medicine solo, and the group B was given TCM differentiation. Results: Fracture healing time in group B was shorter(P<0.05); after 1 year, femoral head necrosis rate in two groups were 4.88% and 4.76%, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: The integrative medicine was effective on femoral neck fracture, and was worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
