【摘要】 目的:观察养肝益肾化瘀颗粒治疗顽固性高血压肝肾阴虚夹瘀型的临床效果。方法:选择同期住院患者100例,研究组在西药常规降压加养肝益肾化瘀颗粒,对照组给予西药降压,观察记录24h动态血压、尿微量蛋白,改善肾叶间动脉血流状况。结果:治疗后两组尿MA、β2-MG、TRF、Ig Gu水平均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组与对照组比较MA、β2-MG有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后患者24h动态血压显著降低,治疗组较对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后肾叶间动脉血流阻力降低。结论:养肝益肾化瘀颗粒能有效降低24h动态血压、减少尿微量蛋白排出,改善肾叶间动脉血流状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Yanggan Yishen Huayu granules in the treatment of resistant hypertension in liver and kidney Yin deficiency with stasis type. Methods: 100 cases were selected. Patients in the research group were treated with western antihypertensive medicine with Yanggan Yishen Huayu granules, while patients in the control group treated with western medicine. Ambulatory blood pressure, urine protein, renal interlobar arterial flow conditions within 24 h were observed. Results: After treatment, Urinary MA, beta 2-MG, TRF, Ig Gu level of the two groups obviously declined(P<0.05 or P<0.01), compared with two groups, MA、β2MG had statistical significance(P<0.05); after treatment, 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure of patients in the treatment group declined with statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05); After treatment the interlobar renal artery resistance reduced. Conclusion: Yanggan Yishen Huayu granules can reduce the 24 h dynamic blood pressure and urine protein excretion and improve the renal interlobar artery blood flow status.更多还原
