【摘要】 目的:观察温经祛痰通络法治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效。方法:选取2011年10月-2013年10月在我院诊治的类风湿性关节炎患者138例,随机分成治疗组和对照组。对照组(n=70)采用西药非甾体抗炎药、改变病情抗风湿药、糖皮质激素等治疗;治疗组(n=68)在对照组基础上加用温经祛痰通络法的中药汤剂。7d为1个疗程。治疗3个月后进行观察及数据统计分析。结果:对照组有效率81.43%,治疗组有效率91.18%。经比较两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温经祛痰通络法治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效确切,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Wenjing Qutan Tongluo therapy on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: 138 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control(n= 70) was given western medicine as anti-inflammatory drugs, antirheumatic drugs, glucocorticoids and so on. While the treatment(n=68) was given the decoction depending on the Wenjing Qutan Tongluo therapy. Results: The efficacy in the control was 81.43%, while in another it was 91.18%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Wenjing Qutan Tongluo therapy was confirmed with good effects, and was worthy of promotion.更多还原
