【摘要】 目的:探讨柴芩清胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎的疗效。方法:利用病例回顾性分析方法,将我院于2012年1月1日-2013年12月31日这段时间诊治的总计96例肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性的研究和比较分析。将患者按照治疗方法不同随机分为两组,对照组48例均采用消炎利胆片治疗;观察组48例均采用柴芩清胆汤治疗。然后将两组患者治疗结果进行比较,探讨两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗效果与胆囊彩超影像恢复情况均显著好于对照组,两组间比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:柴芩清胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎患者具有显著的治疗效果,对我国治疗肝胆湿热型慢性胆囊炎的发展具有重要价值,值得临床借鉴和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of the Chaiqin Qingdan decoction on chronic cholecystitis. Methods: 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given Xiaoyan Lidan tablets, and another was given the Chaiqin Qingdan decoction. Results: Clinical efficacy and recovery of gallbladder ultrasound image in the observation group was obviously better, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Chaiqin Qingdan decoction shows good effects on chronic cholecystitis, and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
