【摘要】 目的:对优质护理在剖宫产术疼痛中的应用效果进行分析。方法:选取2011年7月-2013年10于我院行剖宫产手术产妇62例,随机分为两组,对照组30例给予常规护理,观察组32例给予优质护理,对比两组患者术后疼痛程度。结果:观察组术后无痛及轻度疼痛比例显著高于对照组,中度疼痛及重度疼痛比例显著低于对照组,术后疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在剖宫产手术中应用优质护理可促使患者术后疼痛程度有效降低,显著提升剖宫产手术效果,值得在临床中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze clinical efficacy of high-quality nursing on pain relieving during cesarean section. Methods: 62 patients admitted from Jul. 2011 to Oct. 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. The control was given conventional nursing; the observation was given high-quality nursing. Pain statuses were observed in both. Results: Proportions of no pain and mild pain in the observation were obviously higher than these in the control; proportions of moderate pain, severe pain and postoperative pain score in the observation were significantly lower than these in the control(P<0.05). Conclusion: High-quality nursing could effectively relieve pain during cesarean section, enhance clinical efficacy of cesarean section, and was worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
