【摘要】 目的:观察大柴胡汤联合西药及血液净化预防重症胰腺炎(SAP)合并腹腔间隔室综合征(ACS)的疗效观察。方法:将患者随机分为两组,治疗组予以大柴胡汤联合西药及血液净化治疗,对照组单纯西药及血液净化,均治疗14d后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组。结论:大柴胡汤预防重症胰腺炎合并腹腔间隔室综合征的疗效明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Da Chaihu decoction on preventing severe pancreatitis plus abdominal compartment syndrome. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given the Da Chaihu decoction plus western medicine and blood purification therapy; another was given western medicine plus blood purification therapy. Results: In 14 days, the total efficiency in the treatment group was better. Conclusion: The Da Chaihu decoction was effective on preventing severe pancreatitis plus abdominal compartment syndrome.更多还原
