【摘要】 目的:探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术联合化痔汤治疗重度内痔的临床疗效和安全性。方法:对98例重度内痔患者行吻合器痔上黏膜环切术,术后给予化痔汤口服,每日1剂,早、晚分服。术后随访观察其临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:所有患者均获得随访,随访时间1~6个月,疼痛、便血、痔核脱出等症状均消失,残留皮赘2例,无明显不适,未予特殊处理。均未发生感染、大便失禁、肛门狭窄、直肠阴道瘘等并发症。至随访结束时,均未见内痔复发。结论:采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术联合化痔汤口服治疗重度内痔,简便易行,创伤小,不良反应小,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids combined with Huazhi decoction on severe internal hemorrhoids. Methods: 98 cases with severe internal hemorrhoids were treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids, after surgery given Huazhi decoction, 1 dose every day, twice one day. Postoperative follow-up was taken to observe its clinical curative effect and complications. Results: All patients got the follow-up for 1-6 months, the symptoms of pain, hemafecia, Prolapse of hemorrhoids disappeared, 2 cases with residual skin tags without uncomfort which had no special treatment. All cases had no complications including infection, fecal incontinence, anal stenosis, rectovaginal fistula. The internal hemorrhoids had no recurrence until the follow-up ended. Conclusion: Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids combined with Huazhi decoction has a great effect on severe internal hemorrhoids with advantages of convenience, less damage and side effects and easier acceptance, which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
