【摘要】 目的:观察甘草泻心汤加味方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及对相关炎性因子的影响。方法:62例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组(34例)口服甘草泻心汤加味方进行治疗,对照组(28例)口服柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片治疗,疗程8周。观察两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)水平的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率91.18%,对照组总有效率71.43%,疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血TNF-α、IL-6水平均较治疗前有降低,治疗组更为明显。结论:甘草泻心汤加味方治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,并对相关的TNF-α、IL-6水平有调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Gancao Xiexin decoction on ulcerative colitis and intervention on related inflammatory cytokines. Methods: 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given the Gancao Xiexin decoction, the control was given Sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets. In 8 weeks, clinical efficacy and levels of TNF-α and IL-6 before and after treatment were recorded in both. Results: The total efficacy in the treatment was 91.18% and 71.43% in the control, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); TNF-α and IL-6 decreased in both, it was more obvious in the treatment. Conclusion: The Gancao Xiexin decoction was effective on ulcerative colitis, and could regulate levels of TNF-α and IL-6.更多还原
