【摘要】 目的:比较枸地氯雷他定片单独使用和与针灸配合使用的疗效差异。方法:将160例门诊病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,各80例,治疗组采用针灸加口服枸地氯雷他定片;对照组单纯口服枸地氯雷他定片。结果:治疗组痊愈39例(占48.8%),显效30例(占37.5%),总有效率86.3%;对照组痊愈23例(占28.8%),显效33例(占41.3%),总有效率70.1%;治疗组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合口服枸地氯雷他定片对老年皮肤瘙痒症有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets only and combined with with acupuncture in the treatment of senile cutaneous pruritus.Methods:One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups,a treatment group and a control group,80 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with with acupuncture,while patients in the control group were oral administrated with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets.Results:In the treatment group,39 cases(48.8%) were cured,30 cases(37.5%) were markedly effective,the total effective rate was 86.3%.In the compare group,23 cases(28.8%) were cured,33 cases(41.3%) were effective,and the total effective rate was 70.1%.There was significantly difference between two groups in the clinical efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusions:Desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with acupuncture shows good effect on senile cutaneous pruritus.更多还原
