【摘要】 目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤联合参麦注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛临床效果。方法:选取冠心病心绞痛患者100例,采用随机抽样方法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组给予西医常规治疗;观察组采用血府逐瘀汤联合参麦注射液治疗;比较两组患者临床改善总有效率,治疗前后平均心绞痛发作次数及血浆黏度水平等。结果:观察组患者临床改善总有效率(94.0%)高于对照组(72.0%);两组患者治疗后心绞痛发作次数及血浆黏度水平均较治疗前显著改善,且观察组患者改善程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合参麦注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛相较于西医治疗可更有效缓解临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数,改善血液高凝状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on treating angina. Methods: 100 patients with angina were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given routine western medicine, another was treated by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus Shenmai injection; the total efficacy in two groups, the average number of angina attacks and plasma viscosity levels before and after treatment were compared. Results: The total efficacy of 94.0% in the observation was obviously higher than that of 72.0% in the control, the average number of angina attacks and plasma viscosity levels in two groups were more improved than before, especially in the observation; the difference was statistical(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus Shenmai injection can relieve clinical symptoms and decrease angina attacks, improve hypercoagulable states.更多还原
