【摘要】 目的:分析和研究中医辨证施治对于脑中风患者再康复期的临床治疗效果。方法:选取本院收治的中风恢复期患者共79例,按照中医辨证理论给予急性期、恢复期和后遗症期的整体康复治疗,然后对治疗效果进行回顾性的分析。结果:本研究组全部中风病患者,经过系统的中医康复治疗,急性期患者的显效率为42.9%(6例),总有效率为100%,恢复期患者的显效率为34.5%(19例),总有效率为98.2%,后遗症期患者的显效率为25%(5例),总有效率为45%。结论:中医康复疗法操作简单,手段丰富,并且治疗效果比较明显,能够在临床治疗中发挥积极作用,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze and research the clinical efficacy of treatment based on differentiation in TCM on stroke patients in rehabilitation period. Methods: 79 cases in our hospital were selected and given overall rehabilitation respectively in the acute pe riod, recovery period and sequela period according to the theory of treatment and differentiation in TCM and the treatment effects were analyzed retrospectively.
