【摘要】 目的:探讨社区高血压的中医护理及健康教育干预效果。方法:对108例高血压患者实施院外中医护理及健康教育干预措施,随访1年,观察血压控制效果。结果:108例患者血压水平均得到有效控制,患者依从性较高。结论:在社区对高血压患者运用中医护理措施及健康教育干预,可有效控制血压水平,提高自我管理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore TCM nursing and health education intervention on the community hypertension. Methods: 108 outside patients were cared by TCM nursing and health education intervention measures, observing blood pressure controlling effects. Results: Blood pressure levels in 108 patients were controlled effectively. Patients accepted that easily. Conclusion: TCM nursing and health education intervention for community hypertension patient can effectively control the blood pressure level and improve the ability of self-management.更多还原
