【摘要】 目的:探讨五黄中药制剂治疗四肢烧伤残余创面疗效。方法:选择2011年1月-2012年3月我院烧伤科收治的98例四肢烧伤残余创面患者,并随机分为观察组(49例)与对照组(49例)。对照组按照常规烧伤处理,观察组应用五黄中药制剂浸泡,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组、对照组四肢烧伤残余创面治疗总有效率分别为95.9%,69.3%,观察组明显优于对照组,因而有统计学意义。结论:对于四肢烧伤残余创面患者,给予五黄中药制剂治疗,可加快创面愈合时间,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the Wuhuang TCM preparation for treating residual burn wound treatment of limbs. Methods: 98 cases of burn patients with residual wounds extremities 2011 January to 2012 March in our hospital were analyzed, and were randomly divided into the observation group(49 cases) and control group(49 cases). The control group according to conventional burn treatment, the observation group used Wuhuang TCM preparation, treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results: In the observation group, the control group with residual burn wound the total effective rate was 95.9%, 69.3%, the observation group was better than the control group, which had statistical significance. Conclusion: For the patients with residual burn wounds to limbs, Wuhuang TCM preparation for treating can accelerate the wound healing time, worthy of promotion.更多还原
