【摘要】 目的:观察甲1方治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法:84例甲状腺功能亢进症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组采用西药甲巯咪唑(赛治)治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药甲1方口服,两组疗程均为2月,比较两组治疗前后临床症状、体征、实验室检查(FT3、FT4、TSH)等指标的差异。结果:观察组总有效率90.48%,对照组总有效率78.57%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲1方治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of A 1 in treating hyperthyroidism. Methods: 84 cases of hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each. The control group with western medicine methimazole, observation group was treated with TCM orally in more than the control group for 2 months. Results: The total effective rate of 90.48% in the observation, in the control group, the total efficiency of 78.57%, two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of A 1 Treatment of hyperthyroidism is remarkable, worthy of promotion.更多还原
