【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:分别采用中西医结合治疗和单用西药治疗。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为87.5%,对照组临床总有效率为72.5%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组愈显率60%,对照组愈显率40%,两组愈显率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎取得较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods: Respectively using integrative medicine and modern medicine alone. Results: The total efficiency was 87.5% in the treated group, the control group was 72.5%, the showed no significant difference(P>0.05). The markedly effective rate in treated group was 60% and control group markedly effective rate was 40%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
