【Abstract】 The antithrombotic treatment advance on non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome in recent several years was reviewed in this paper. There are two kinds of antithrombotic drugs,antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs. The antiplatelet agents include aspirin,adenosine monophosphate( ADP) receptor antagonist and platelet membrane glycoprotein( GPⅡb /Ⅲa) antibody antagonist. The anticoagulant drugs consist of heparin,low molecular weight heparin,anti factor Xa inhibitors and the direct thrombin inhibitor etc.更多还原
