【摘要】 目的观察消肿止痛方熏洗治疗急性肛裂的临床疗效。方法将64例患者随机分为两组。两组均予常规处理,实验组予中药消肿止痛方熏洗坐浴,对照组使用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴,观察肛门疼痛、便血、肛门溃疡,肛管静息压(ARP)等观察指标的变化。结果主要疗效指标肛裂愈合率实验组明显优于对照组,实验组各项次要指标包括便血积分、疼痛积分、溃疡积分及肛管静息压均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论消肿止痛方治疗急性肛裂疗效确切,治疗干预急性肛裂防止发作成慢性肛裂,具有较为积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe curative effect of Xiaozhong Zhitong decoction fumigation and washing treating acute anal fissure. Methods: 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups. After being conventionally treated,experimental group was given TCM sitz bath with Xiaozhong Zhitong decoction while control group was given sitz bath with 1∶5000 potassium and permanganate solution. The changes of anal pain,bleeding,anus ulcer,and anal resting pressure(ARP) in both groups were observed. Results: The primary efficacy indexes of anal fissure healing rate in experimental group were superior to those of control group. Each secondary outcomes including hematochezia integral,pain integral,ulcer score,and anal resting pressure in experimental group was obviously better than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Xiaozhong Zhitong decoction has clinical effect in preventing the onset of chronic anal fissure from acute anal fissure,which has positive clinical significance.更多还原
