【摘要】 目的研制一种便携易用、安全有效的穴位点按枪,并应用其治疗急性高原反应头痛症状来观察该实用新型的临床使用价值。方法结合腧穴学、针灸学、机械力学、电路学、材料学等相关学科理论,进行电控设计和机械设计,研制出穴位点按枪。使用穴位点按枪,对因急性高原反应出现头痛症状的患者进行穴位点按治疗,在治疗前后以"高原头晕头痛症状分级量化评分表"对患者进行症状评分,对照观察治疗前后的临床症状和评分变化。结果 AMS头痛患者经过穴位点按枪治疗后,头痛症状评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),总有效率为94.12%。结论穴位点按枪临床应用简便,治疗高原头痛有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop the gun for stimulating acupoints and to observe its effects treating high-altitude headaches. Methods: Based on the theory of acupuncture,mechanics,circuit science,material science and related theories,the gun for stimulating acupoints was designed and developed. Patients of HAH were treated with the gun on the acupoints and compared with "The scale of assessment for symptoms of HAH" after treatment. Results: Patients with HAH scored after treatment significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01). With 15 cases cured,10 cases markedly relieved,7 cases improved,and only 2 cases inefficient,the total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion: The gun for stimulating acupoint has definite therapeutic effect for HAH.更多还原
