【摘要】 目的观察创伤疼痛快速愈合敷贴仪治疗急性颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组48例采用内科治疗,治疗组52例采用在内科治疗基础上联用创伤疼痛快速愈合敷贴仪治疗。7 d为1个疗程,3个疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率80.77%,明显高于对照组之70.83%(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分值均下降,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论创伤疼痛快速愈合敷贴仪是治疗急性颈肩腰腿痛中有较好临床疗效,可以明显改善患者急性疼痛症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fast healing paste instrument treating acute neck,shoulder,low back and leg pain.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into two groups:control group(52 cases) and treatment group(48 cases).Western medicine was used in control group and fast healing paste instrument was applied in treatment group on the basis of control group for consecutive 21 days.Results:The total effective rate was 80.77% in treatment group and 70.83% in control group.The total efficacy in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P < 0.05).Compared with control group,Visual Analogue Scales(VAS) in treatment group decreased significantly(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Fast healing paste instrument can effectively relieve pain in neck,shoulder,low back and leg.更多还原
