【摘要】 为中小企业提供科技服务是高职院校的职能之一。对江苏省高职院校面向中小企业开展科技咨询的现状及影响要素进行分析,构建相应的指标体系,根据调查结果,运用熵权法对各影响要素的权重予以确定。从高到低依次为非技术创新、技术创新、信息传递和降低创新成本。为此,江苏省高职院校必须重视对中小企业的创新服务,提供对中小企业信息服务的效率,加强科技服务人才队伍建设,营造开展科技服务的范围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher vocational colleges provide technology services for SMEs is one of the functions of higher vocational col-leges. Status and influence factors on vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province to carry out scientific and technological con-sulting for SMEs to analyze construct the corresponding index system, using entropy method to heavy weight of each influ-ence factor shall be determined according to the survey results. Descending order non-technological innovation, technologi-cal innovation, information transfer and reduce the cost of innovation.
