【摘要】 目的:了解体外受精助孕夫妇的不育病因,为不育症的预防提供依据。方法:收集2010年至2012年间共2982对接受体外受精助孕夫妇的临床资料,回顾性分析不育病因的构成。结果:(1)2010年至2012年间接受体外受精治疗的不育人数逐年增加,女方因素是引起不育的主要因素;(2)3年中输卵管及盆腔因素均为引起女性不孕的主要因素,其次依次为卵巢储备功能下降、排卵障碍、子宫内膜异位症和其它因素;(3)3年中畸精症均为引起男性不育的主要因素,其次依次为少弱精症、无精症和其它因素。结论:输卵管和盆腔因素是引起女性继发不孕而导致不育的主要原因;畸精症是引起男性不育的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the effect factors of infertility of couples treated with IVF( invitrofertilization),and to provide reference for the prevention of infertility. [Method]The clinical data of IVF couples between 2010 and 2012 were collected to analyze the etiology of infertility.[Result]( 1) Between 2010 and 2012,the number of people treated withIVF increasedby year and the primary factors leading to infertility were the woman factors.( 2) In the three years the primary woman factors leading to infertility were fallopian tube and pelvic cavity factors,followed by DOR,ovulation failure,endometriosis and other factors.( 3) In the three years the primary man factors leading to infertility were terato- spermia,followed by oligospermatism or asthenospermia,azoospermatism and others. [Conclusion] Fallopian tube and pelvic cavity factor were the primary cause of secondary infertility among women; terato- spermiawas the main cause of male infertility.更多还原
