【摘要】 目的:探讨C-ACT和PAQLQ在儿童哮喘控制评估中的有效性及实用性。方法:选取2010年9月至2012年12月间在我院儿科病房及门诊就诊的138例哮喘患儿,进行哮喘控制评估、肺功能测试、填写C-ACT、PAQLQ问卷表。分析C-ACT、PAQLQ与临床客观指标之间,以及C-ACT与PAQLQ之间的相关性。结果:3组患儿C-ACT得分、PAQLQ得分与FEV1%、PEF%之间的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CACT和PAQLQ两套问卷均可用于国内儿童哮喘控制评估,值得在临床护理中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the validity and usefulness of C-ACT and PAQLQ in assessing asthma control in children with asthma.[Method]The clinical data of 138 cases who diagnosed with asthma in our inpatient and outpatient department from2010-9—2012-12 were measured by classification of asthma severity,asthma control assessment,pulmonary function tests,and the date were collected to fill C-ACT,PAQLQ meter simultaneously.The correlation was analyzed between C-ACT,PAQLQ and clinical objective indicators,as well as the correlation between C-ACT and PAQLQ’s.[Result]There were statistically significant between the three groups of children with C-ACT score,PAQLQ score and FEV1%,PEF%(P<0.05).[Conclusion]C-ACT and PAQLQ two questionnaires can be used to assess asthma control children in our country,and worth to introduce in clinical care.更多还原
