【摘要】 目的探讨调衡方治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法给予调衡方加减(山药、莪术、生黄芪、西洋参、天花粉、生鸡内金、天冬、水蛭等)水煎剂,1剂/d,早晚空腹各服1次,每次200 mL。月经干净后3 d开始服用,每月连服15剂,经期停服。1个月经周期为1个疗程。共治疗3个月经周期。治疗前后B超检查判断疗效。结果共治疗108例子宫肌瘤患者,总有效率达92.59%,其中治愈率36.11%,显效率33.33%,有效率23.15%。结论调衡方治疗单发性子宫肌瘤能提高机体免疫力,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖而起到治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tiaoheng prescription in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods The adjustment of Tiaoheng Prescription( Chinese yam,Rhizoma Zedoariae,astragalus root,American ginseng,radix trichosanthis,corium stomachium galli,lucid asparagus,leech etc.) Decoction was adopted( 1 agent daily, two times in the morning and evening with empty stomach,200ML each time). Tiaoheng Decoction can be taken 3 days after menstruation( 15 agents monthly,withdrawal during menstruation,one month as one course of treatment,for 3 menstrual cycles). B ultrasound examinations were used to determine the efficacy before and after treatment. Results For 108 patients with myoma of uterus,the total effective rate was 92. 59%,the cure rate was 36. 11%,markedly effective rate was 33. 33% and effective rate was 23. 15%. Conclusion Tiaoheng Prescription has the exact effect in treatment of solitary fibroids,which has no toxic side effect and worthy of research and development.更多还原
