【摘要】 目的研究针刺水沟穴、内关穴对心肺复苏家兔脑组织的保护作用。方法采用家兔窒息型心脏骤停-心肺复苏(CA-CPR)模型,设立针刺复苏组、常规复苏组及假手术组。于自主循环恢复120 min快速开颅、取左侧脑组织分离ATP酶活性(ATP酶活性的检测采用定磷法)。结果与假手术复苏组比较,针刺复苏组和常规复苏组脑组织Na+-K+-ATPase活性均见下降,但是针刺复苏组(1.68±0.50 mol·Pi/mgpro·th-1)高于常规复苏组(1.44±0.32 mol·Pi/mgpro·th-1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺能在常规复苏方法基础上提高脑组织的Na+-K+-ATPase活性,从而起到保护心肺复苏家兔脑组织的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the brain protective effectof the acupointsofShuigou(GV26)andNeiguan(PC6)on the asphyxia cardiac arrest rabbit.Methods Asphyxia cardiac arrest-cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CA-CPR)models were divided randomly into:the acupuncture CPRgroup,the conventional CPR group and the sham operated group.Test the Na+-K+-ATPase activity values of leftbrain after120min of CPRfor all of the three groups.Results Comparedwith the shamoperated group,the Na+-K+-ATPase activity valueswere decreased significantly in the acupuncture CPRgroup and the conventional CPRgroup.Moreover,the activity values degree of the acupuncture CPRgroup(1.68± 0.50 mol·Pi/mgpro·th-1)was obvious higher than that of the conventional CPRgroup(1.44± 0.32 mol·Pi/mgpro·th- 1).These differences had statistical significances(P< 0.05).Conclusions Acupuncturing Shuigou(GV26)and Neiguan(PC6)could protect the brain tissues of CPR rabbits through enhancing the activity values of Na+-K+-ATPase of brain tissue.更多还原
