不同酒类中氨基甲酸乙酯前处理方法的研究

【摘要】 目的通过比较研究不同酒类中氨基甲酸乙酯前处理方法,探索适合各种酒类的氨基甲酸乙酯前处理方法。方法采用不同提取和净化方法,对白酒、自制泡酒和红酒中的氨基甲酸乙酯进行前处理,比较其回收率和精密度。结果对于基质不太复杂的白酒和泡酒等,用液液萃取和用固相萃取作为前处理方法提取其中的氨基甲酸乙酯,其提取回收率为89.0%左右,两种方法提取效果无显著差别;红葡萄酒中固相萃取法回收率为82.7%,活性炭脱色固相萃取法回收率为87.1%。结论白酒和颜色浅的泡酒等基质不太复杂的酒类,采用液液萃取法进行前处理,成本低,耗时少;红葡萄酒最好用活性炭吸附色素后,固相萃取方法处理,既能消除色素干扰,同时提高回收率。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To compare different extracting methods of ethyl carbamate in different alcoholic beverages,explore the appropriate extracting methods of ethyl carbamate for different alcoholic beverages.[Methods]Using different extracting and purification method,the pretreatment of ethyl carbamate was conducted in liquor,homemade fruit alcoholic beverages and red wine,to compare the recovery rate and precision.[Results]For the liquor and homemade fruit alcoholic beverages which the matrix is not complicated,the recovery rates of liquid-liquid extraction and solid phase extraction were about 89. 0%,and there was no significant difference in the extracting effect between two methods. For the red wine,the recovery rate of solid phase extraction was82. 7%,and that of solid phase extraction with activated carbon decolorization was 87. 1%.[Conclusion]For the liquor and homemade fruit alcoholic beverages which the matrix is not complicated,the liquid-liquid extraction has the advantages of low cost and less time-consuming. As for the red wine,it is effective to apply the solid phase extraction after adsorbing pigment by activated carbon,which can eliminate the interference of pigment,and improve the recovery rate.
