【摘要】 目的分析和评价云南省全球基金结核病项目流动人口结核病防治领域实施效果,为完善该省流动人口结核病防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集3个实施全球基金流动人口结核病项目县实施前2年和实施后3年的结核患者发现及治疗结果进行分析。结果项目实施后流动人口中活动性肺结核患者登记率及涂阳肺结核登记率均得到显著提高,分别由17.82/10万、15.94/10万提高到29.36/10万、20.82/10万。主动就诊率由25.08%提高到68.9%。流动人口活动性肺结核患者治疗成功率达94.51%,高于当地户籍人口的治疗成功率(90.53%)。结论实施全球基金结核病流动人口项目,提高了传染性肺结核病例的发现率和治疗成功率,取得了显著效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze and evaluate the implementation effect of global fund to floating population TE control program,provide scientific basis for completing TB control strategy among floating population in Yunnan. [Methods] The data of TB cases detection and treatment in three counties carrying out global fund to floating population TE control program two years before project implementation and after three years after project implementation were collected and analyzed. [Results]After the program implementation,registration rates of active tuberculosis patients and pulmonary tuberculosis with smear positive increased significantly,from 17. 82 /100 000 and 15. 94 /100 000 to 29. 36 /100 000 and 20. 82 /100 000 respectively. Rate of actively visiting doctor increased from 25. 08% to 68. 9%. Treatment success rate of active tuberculosis patients among floating population was 94. 51%,which was higher than that of local population( 90. 53%). [Conclusion]Implementation of global fund to floating population TE control program increases the discovery rate and treatment success rate of infectious tuberculosis cases.
