【摘要】 目的研究优化产前健康教育对降低剖宫产率的影响。方法采取单盲随机对照方法,取2012年2月—2013年7月在医院建卡并住院分娩的初产妇为研究对象,以接受优化课程者为试验组,接受常规课程者为对照组。试验组符合纳入条件者291例,对照组260例。2组初产妇社会人口学及一般指标之间差异均无统计学意义。比较2组产妇的分娩方式及剖宫产原因。结果试验组中经阴道分娩205例,剖宫产86例,剖宫产率为29.4%,其中社会因素剖宫产率为20.9%。而对照组的阴道分娩155例,剖宫产105例,剖宫产率为40.4%,社会因素剖宫产率为31.4%。2组间剖宫产率和社会因素剖宫产率的差异均有统计学意义。结论对孕妇进行优化的产前健康教育,可以有效降低剖宫产率,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the effect of modified antepartum healthcare education on reduce of the cesarean section incidence.[Methods]A single-blind randomized controlled trial was performed. The primiparous women who established cards and gave birth to their babies in the hospital from Feb 2012 to July 2013 were selected. A total of 291 primiparous women in experimental group received modified health education,while 260 primiparous women in control group received routine education mode; There was no significant difference in social demographic indexes and general indexes between 2 groups. The mode of delivery and cesarean reasons were compared between 2 groups.[Results]In the experimental group,205 women had vaginal delivery,86 cases were caesarean birth,and the cesarean section incidence rate was 29. 4%,among which the rate of social factors cesarean section counted for 20. 9 %. While in the control group,155 women had vaginal delivery,105 cases were caesarean birth,and the cesarean section incidence rate was 40. 4 %,and the rate of social factors cesarean section was 31. 4 %. Between the 2 groups,there were significant differences in the incidence of cesarean section and social factors cesarean section. [Conclusion]Modified antepartum health education can reduce cesarean section incidence effectively,and it is worthy to be applied in clinic.更多还原
