北京市汽车行业职业人群血脂水平分析
Analysis on serum lipid level of professional populations in automotive industry in Beijing City
【摘要】 目的分析北京市汽车行业职业人群血脂水平现况。方法采集参加职业健康检查的汽车行业从业人员血液样本3 012例,根据接触职业有害因素的不同分为苯系物组、粉尘组、粉尘+噪声组、噪声组及行政组;用OLYMPUS AU2700全自动生化分析仪检测血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量,统计分析不同职业人群间的差异。结果经单因素方差分析得出,各有害因素组的血脂指标之间存在统计学差异(P<0.01),其中苯系物组和行政组人员TC和TG水平较其他职业人群高。结论该市汽车行业从业人员血脂水平现状较为严峻,应对不同职业人群的血脂异常的危险因素进行具体分析,有针对性地加强健康知识的宣传教育,以降低高脂血症的发生率。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the present status of serum lipid level in professional populations in automotive industry in Beijing City.[Methods]A total of 3 012 blood samples were collected from automotive industrial workers who received occupational health examination,and they were divided into 5 groups based on different occupational hazardous agents: benzene compounds group,dust group,dust-noise group,noise group and administrative group; OLYMPUS AU2700 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the total cholesterol( TC),triglycerides( TG),high-density lipoprotein( HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein( LDL-C) in serum. Statistical analysis was applied to analyze the differences between all groups.[Results]There was significant statistical differences in serum lipid level between all groups by the single factor analysis of variance( P < 0. 01),furthermore the serum TG and TC levels in benzene compounds group and administrative group were much higher than others obviously. [Conclusion]The present status of serum lipid level in workers from automotive industry is more severe. The risk factors to serum lipid abnormal in different occupational populations should be analyzed respectively,and the targeted health propaganda and education for different occupational populations should be enhanced to reduce the incidence of hyperlipidemia.
