【摘要】 目的对深圳市某塑胶制造企业进行职业病危害控制效果评价,以了解企业的职业卫生状况,为同类企业职业病防治工作提供依据。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施和个人职业病防护水平进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要为甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙苯、异丙醇、正己烷、铅烟、二氧化锡、甲醇、粉尘、噪声、高温、工频电磁场、手传振动等。其中岗位噪声检测结果为83.3~94.4 dB(A),岗位高温湿球黑球(WBGT)指数为25.9~26.5℃,工频电磁场结果为0.007~0.037 kV/m,岗位手传振动检测4 h等能量频率计权振动加速度为0.640 6和0.877 7 m/s2,生产部点胶岗位甲醇检测结果为35.9 mg/m3,超标整改后检测结果为7.8 mg/m3,其他各种职业病危害因素检测结果均低于职业接触限值。对1 290名生产工人进行相应的职业健康检查,检查结果发现职业禁忌证者7名,疑似职业性噪声聋2名,有1例确诊为"职业性变应性接触性皮炎"。结论该企业的职业病危害控制效果基本符合国家有关职业卫生法律法规和相关标准的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a plastic manufacturing enterprise in Shenzhen City, understand the occupational health status of this enterprise,provide the basis for the occupational disease prevention and control in similar enterprises.[Methods]The data and information were collected through the field occupational hygiene investigation,occupational hygiene inspection and occupational health examination,and were evaluated by means of a combination of occupational prevention facilities and level of personal occupational prevention.[Results]The major occupational hazards productive process in this project were toluene,xylene,acetone,methyl ethyl ketone,cyclohexanone,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,ethylbenzene,isopropyl alcohol,n-hexane,lead fume,tin dioxide,methanol,dust,noise,high temperature,power frequency electric field and hand transmitted vibration. Noise concentrations were 3. 3-94. 4 dB( A),the wet bulb globe temperature( WBGT) were 25. 9-26. 5 ℃, the results of frequency electric fields were 0. 007-0. 037 kV / m,and 4h energy-equivalent frequency-weighted acceleration was 0. 640 6 m / s2and 0. 877 7 m / s2respectively. The concentration of methanol in the dispensing position was 35. 9 mg / m3,while that after rectification was 7. 89 mg / m3. The detection results of other occupational hazards were lower than the occupational exposure limits. A total of 1 290 workers have received the occupational health examination,7 workers had the occupational contraindication, 2 workers were suspected of the noise-induced occupational hearing loss,and 1 worker was diagnosed as the occupational allergic contact dermatitis.[Conclusion]The control effect of occupational hazards in this enterprise has basically met the requirements of relevant national laws,regulations and standards on occupational health.更多还原
