【摘要】 目的了解黄石地区健康成人血脂变化趋势,设定有现实意义及有地区针对性的参考区间。方法选择黄石地区生活背景相似、年龄不同的健康检查者共1 328人(男性804人,女性524人),收集调查对象的基本资料,用可靠的定值控制品检测系统的准确性后,测定对象的血脂水平。结果调查对象血清中总胆固醇(TC)水平呈正态分布,采用x±1.96 s设立参考区间;血清中甘油三酯(TG)水平呈偏态分布,采用百分位数P 2.5~P 97.5设立参考区间;男性和女性间血清中TC、TG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);18~30、31~40及>40岁的血清中TC、TG水平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。TC参考区间:TC 18~30岁为2.60~5.66 mmol/L,31~40岁为2.72~5.86 mmol/L,>40岁为2.86~6.08mmol/L;TG参考区间:18~30岁为0.48~1.56 mmol/L,31~40岁为0.59~1.77 mmol/L,>40岁为0.68~1.98 mmol/L。结论该结果血脂参考区间与以往报道有一定的差别。应针对黄石地区人群实际,建立年龄特异的血脂参考区间。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To learn the changing trend of serum lipid of the health adults in Huangshi,and set the meaningful and regional specific reference interval( RI).[Methods]1 328 healthy examiners( the male sex 804,female sex 524) with the similar life background but the different ages in Huangshi were selected,and the baseline information were collected. The level of serum lipid of the samples were determined after the accuracy of the detection system being tested by constant value control product. [Results]The levels of serum TC in the samples showed normal distribution,x ±1. 96 s was used to set the RI for serum TC level. The levels of serum TG showed skewed distribution,P 2. 5-P 97. 5 was used to set the RI for serum TG level. The differences of the level of serum TC and TG between males and females were not statistically significantly( P > 0. 05). The difference of the levels of serum TC and TG between 18-30 years old,31-40 years old and > 40 years old were statistically significant( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). The RI of TC was: 18-30 age: 2. 60-5. 66 mmol / L; 31-40 age: 2. 72-5. 86 mmol / L; > 40 age: 2. 86-6. 08 mmol / L; the RI of TG was: 18-30 age: 0. 48-1. 56 mmol / L; 31-40 age: 0. 59-1. 77 mmol / L; > 40 age: 0. 68-1. 98 mmol / L. [Conclusion]The result of the RI of serum lipid is different compared with the previous reports. To the reality of the population in Huangshi,age-specialized RI of serum lipid should be set up.更多还原
