昆明市某铜材加工厂职业病危害因素调查与分析
Investigation and analysis on occupational hazards in a copper processing plant
【摘要】 目的识别昆明市某铜材加工厂的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度并评价防护措施的效果。方法采用现场调查和工作场所中有害因素的检测对其职业病危害及控制措施进行分析。结果检测166个粉尘和化学毒物样品,粉尘合格率为100%,一氧化碳样品合格率为88.9%;各岗位噪声强度检测结果为51.1~92.1dB(A),合格率为69.2%;高温检测有3个作业点湿球黑球温度(WBGT指数)超过国家卫生限值;职业健康检查显示,接触高温作业检出1人血糖升高,需确诊以判断是否属于职业禁忌证,检出接触二甲苯作业职业禁忌证1人。结论该项目采取的职业病危害防护措施有效可行,基本达到职业病危害控制要求。一氧化碳、噪声、高温是该厂对工人健康影响较大的主要职业病危害因素,对产生这些职业病危害因素的作业场所应重点加以治理,加强个人防护用品的管理。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To indentify the occupational hazards in a copper processing plant of Kunming City,to analyze its harmful degree and evaluate the effects of protective measures.[Methods]The field investigation and harmful factor investigation in workplace were adopted to analyze the occupational hazards and control measures.[Results]A total of 166 samples of dust and chemical toxicants were detected,the qualified rate of dust and carbon monoxide was 100% and 88. 9% respectively. The noise intensity detection results of all posts were 51. 1 dB( A)-92. 1 dB( A). The qualifed rate was 69. 2%. The WBGT index of 3 posts exceeded the national limits. Occupatinal health examination showed that blood glucose elevation was detected on 1 case which needed identification whether it was occupational contraindication,and 1 case of occupational contraindication of xylene exposure was detected. [Conclusion]The occupational protection measures adopted by this project is feasible and basically meet the occupational hazards control requirements. The main occupational hazards are carbon monoxide,noise and heat which threaten the health of workers. It is necessary to deal with the key workplace in which the occupational hazards gernerated,and strengthen the management of personal protection articles.
