【摘要】 目的明确河南省某钨钼公司技改工程建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,对建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查和检查表法进行综合分析与评价。结果建设项目存在或产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、钼及其化合物、钨及其不溶性化合物、氰化钠、一氧化碳、碳酸钠、盐酸、氢氧化钠、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、噪声、工频电场等。工作场所中粉尘和噪声有部分超标。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重建设项目。项目采取的职业病危害粉尘和噪声防护措施未达到国家相关卫生标准的要求。建设单位应按照建议内容进行改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To identify the occupational hazards existed in technical renovation project of a tungsten molybdenum company in Henan Province,and evaluate its occupational hazards control effect.[Methods]The methods of occupational health field investigation,occupational health testing,occupational health examination and check list were adopted for comprehensive analysis and evaluation.[Results] The main occupational hazards of this project were dust,molybdenum and its compounds,Tungsten and its insoluble compounds,cyanide,carbon monoxide,sodium carbonate,hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide,nitrogen dioxide,sulfur dioxide,noise,frequency electric field,etc.Dust and noise were over standards in some workplaces.[Conclusion]This project belongs to the ones with severe occupational hazards.The adopted protection measures against occupational dust and noise have not met the national standards.The construction units should improve the occupational protection facilities in accordance with the recommended content.更多还原
