【摘要】 目的:检验半夏泻心汤加减治疗非糜烂性反流病(NERD)的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:将2011年9月至2013年6月收治的137例NERD患者按就诊顺序分为2组,观察组(68例)给予半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对照组(69例)给予泮托拉唑治疗,分别于治疗前后采用反流性疾病诊断问卷(RDQ)评估患者症状,用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者心理状况,用健康状况调查表(SF-36)评估患者生活质量。结果:观察组治疗后RDQ的评分中烧心、反酸、胸骨后疼痛症状频度,以及烧心、反酸、胸骨后疼痛、反食的程度积分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后的SAS、SDS、SF-36积分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减能有效改善NERD患者症状,疗效与泮托拉唑相似,并在缓解焦虑抑郁情绪、提高生活质量方面效果优于泮托拉唑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To review the curative effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction on cold-heat complex syndrome of non-erosive reflux disease( NERD) and its influence on the quality of life. Methods: The patients( n = 137)were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 68) and control group( n = 69). The treatment group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction twice a day for 8 weeks,and control group,with pantoprazole for 8 weeks. The curative effect and quality of life were reviewed. Results: In treatment group,RDQ frequency integrals of heartburn,acid reflux and retrosternal pain,and RDQ degree integrals of heartburn,acid reflux,retrosternal pain and regurgitation were statistically significant after treatment compared with those before treatment( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01),but were not statistically significant compared with control group( P > 0. 05). The integrals of SAS、SDS and SF-36 were statistically significant in treatment group compared with control group( P < 0. 05) after treatment. Conclusion: Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively relieve the reflux symptoms and its curative effect is similar to that of pantoprazole in the patients with cold-heat complex syndrome of NERD.
