【摘要】 目的:探讨双料喉风散治疗儿童急性化脓性中耳炎临床疗效和安全性。方法:对61例儿童急性化脓性中耳炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(31例),2组均给予头孢克洛分散片30 mg/kg/d,分3次服用,连服1周;全身症状严重者先给予静脉滴注头孢呋辛100 mg/kg/d,分2次给药,同时给予支持治疗,连用3~5 d,再给予头孢克洛分散片序贯治疗,总疗程7~10 d。治疗组加局部喷敷双料喉风散,每次1喷,每日3次,连用1周为1个疗程。对照组加用3%双氧水将耳朵清洗干净,再用棉签拭净,每日3次,连用1周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.0%、67.7%,2组痊愈患者半年内复发率分别为6.3%、50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双料喉风散联合抗菌药物治疗儿童急性化脓性中耳炎是安全有效的,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of shuangliao houfeng power in treating acute suppurative otitis media of children. Methods: 61 cases of acute suppurative sexual otitis media of children random were divided into treatment group( 30 cases) and controlled group( 31 cases),two groups were head spore grams Los dispersed tablets 30 mg / kg / d,divided into three times daily,even for 1 week; Systemic symptoms in severe cases,intravenous infusion of cefuroxime 100 mg / kg / d,the second dose,given supportive treatment,used 3-5,cefaclor dispersible tablets by sequential treatment total treatment of 7 ~ 10 days. Treatment group was sprayed locally with shuangliao houfeng by compress air,1 spray at a time,3 times daily,used for 1 week a course of treatment. 3% hydrogen peroxide were used for Control group to clean the ear,and then cotton swab wipe was used,3 times daily for 1 week a course. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90. 0 % and 67. 7 %,respectively. The recurrence rate in six months was 6. 3 % and 50. 0 % respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: shuangliao houfeng powder combined with antibiotics in treatment of acute suppurative otitis media in children were safe and effective.更多还原
