【摘要】 目的:探索畲医药治疗痧症(慢性乙型肝炎)的疗效。方法:选择慢性乙型肝炎203例随机分为畲药组和对照组,两组在抗病毒西药阿德福韦酯治疗的基础上,畲药组在初始3个月加用畲药治疗,对照组在初始3个月用西药常规护肝治疗,观察两组治疗3个月后和治疗5年后的症状体征,肝功能ALT、AST、GGT,乙肝病毒标志物HBe Ag、HBV-DNA的变化及肌酐、病毒耐药等情况。结果:两组在治疗3个月后肝功能指标、HBV-DNA阴转率及疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗5年后HBV-DNA阴转率、HBe Ag血清学转换率及疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。畲药组均优于对照组。结论:畲药早期联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎有改善症状体征、肝功能,抑制HBV-DNA复制和提高HBe Ag血清学转换作用,有提高远期持久的免疫应答作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the curative efficacy of measles syndrome( chronic hepatitis B) by the treatment of traditional She medicine. Methods: 203 selective cases with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups: She medicine group and control group. Based on the treatment of antivirus drug of Adefovir Dipivoxil,She medicine group added She medicine treatment in initial three months and control group was treated with western general drug of hepatoprotection in initial 3 months. Therefore,we observed symptoms and signs of the two groups after the treatment with three months and five years,including ALT,AST,GGT,HBe Ag,transformation of HBV- DNA,the muscle anhydride,virus resistance of drug and so on. Results: There was a significant difference with the treatment after three months in two groups,such as hepatic function,rate of HBV- DNA- negative patients and the efficacy,etc( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). And there was a significant difference with the treatment after five years in two groups,such as rate of HBV- DNA- negative patients and HBe Ag- negative patients,the efficacy,etc. She medicine group was superior to the control group. Conclusions: She medicine combined with adefovir dipivoxil early in treatment with chronic hepatitis B patients has improved symptoms and signs,liver function,inhibits the copy of HBV- DNA,the conversion action of HBe Ag serology,the role of immune responses?? of forward permanent,etc.更多还原
