【摘要】 目的:研究养血活血汤对老年性便秘小鼠血清及结肠组织匀浆中NO、MDA、SOD、GSH的影响。方法:取老年性小鼠60只,随机分为正常组、模型对照组、阳性对照组和养血活血汤低、中、高剂量组,阳性对照组灌服麻仁胶囊,养血活血汤组分别予养血活血汤相应的剂量灌胃,其余各组动物灌服等量的生理盐水,给药3周后处死,用ELISA试剂盒检测小鼠血清及结肠组织匀浆中NO、MDA、SOD、GSH的表达水平。结果:与正常组比较,便秘模型小鼠血清及组织匀浆中的NO、MDA水平增高,SOD、GSH水平降低,通过养血活血汤的干预后,治疗组中的NO、MDA、SOD、GSH等各项指标均能够不同程度地趋于正常组水平,同时与模型对照组比较有显著性差异,与麻仁软胶囊组比较无显著性差异。结论:养血活血汤能降低老年性便秘小鼠血清及结肠组织匀浆NO、MDA的表达水平,升高SOD、GSH的表达水平,因此养血活血汤可能是通过调控上述4个氧自由基指标的表达水平来起到治疗老年性便秘的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Nourishing Blood and Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction on colon tissue homogenate and serum NO,MDA,SOD and GSH of senile constipation mice.Method:60 senile mice were randomly divided into normal group,model control group,positive control group and Nourishing Blood and Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction low,medium and high dose groups,positive control group(Maren capsule).The Nourishing Blood and Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction groups were treated corresponding doses and the other groups were gavaged with saline animal.3 weeks after administration,the mice were killed.The levels of NO,MDA,SOD,GSH in serum and colon tissue were observed.Results:Compared with the normal group,NO and MDA levels in serum and tissue homogenates of mice with constipation were increased and SOD and GSH levels reduced.By Nourishing Blood and Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction intervention,all indexes in the treatment group were able to become normal,at the same time,compared with the model group there was a significant difference,and Maren soft capsule group showed no significant difference.Nourishing Blood and Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction is proportional to the size effect and dose.Conclusion:Nourishing Blood and Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction can reduce the expression levels of NO and MDA in colon tissue of mice and SOD and GSH expression levels increase,and thus Nourishing Blood and Promoting Blood Circulation Decoction is likely to play a role in the treatment of senile constipation.更多还原
