【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗牙周炎的临床效果,为牙周炎的治疗提供更好的理论依据。方法:选取2010年12月—2012年12月收治的牙周炎患者78例,按照数字随机的方法将患者随机分为两组,每组各39例,对照组采用常规的西药进行治疗,观察组在此基础上采用中药治疗;分别于治疗2周后疗效情况和不良反应情况,以及随访4~8周后患者的复发情况。结果:观察组采用中西医结合治疗后,4例脱落,痊愈21例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率为87.18%,而对照组脱落9例,痊愈11例,有效12例,无效7例,总有效率为58.97%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。且随访4~8周后观察组复发2例,复发率为5.13%,而对照组复发13例,复发率为33.33%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者牙龈肿痛、牙龈出血及口臭消失率均高于对照组,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,且牙龈炎指数及牙齿松动情况均优于对照组。治疗期间对照组5例胃肠道反应、2例全身过敏、6例耐药,显著高于观察组的不良反应发生率,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗牙周炎疾病上有着显著的效果,且安全性高、复发率低,值得临床推荐使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of periodontitis treated by integrative medicine so as to provide a better way to treat the periodontitis. Methods: 78 patients with periodontitis from December 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital were studied. They were divided into two groups by random. Control group was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment while observation group added Chinese medicine treatment respectively. After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy and adverse events as well as the patient’s recurrence during 4 ~ 8 week follow- up was compared. Results: In observation group after treatment,21 cases were cured,effective in 13 cases,1 case of no effect,and the total effective rate was 87. 18%,while the control group cured 11 cases,effective in 12 cases,7 cases ineffective,and the total effective rate was 58. 97%. The difference of two groups was statistically significant,P < 0. 05. During the 4 ~ 8 week follow- up,2 cases in the observation group recurred and the recurrence rate was 5. 13%,while in the control group there were 13 cases recurred and the recurrence rate was 33. 33%. The difference was significant between the two groups,P < 0. 05. The patients swollen gums,bleeding gums and bad breath disappeared rates were higher,and the difference was significant between the two groups,P < 0. 05. Loose teeth and gingivitis index cases were fewer than that in the control group. Five cases of the control group during the treatment had gastrointestinal reactions,including two cases of generalized allergy,six cases of drug resistance. The incidence of adverse reactions was obviously higher than that f observation group and the difference was statistically significant,P < 0. 05. Conclusions: Integrative medicine on periodontal disease has a significant effect and high security as well as low recurrence rate. It is recommended clinical use.更多还原
