升血小板冲剂对化疗后血小板减少小鼠的药效研究

【摘要】 目的:明确升血小板冲剂对化疗后血小板减少小鼠的药效,为临床该药的科学使用提供实验依据。方法:采用雄性BALB/c小鼠腹腔注射卡铂建立血小板减少模型,观察升血小板冲剂治疗后小鼠外周血血小板、白细胞计数、血红蛋白定量和骨髓巨核细胞计数及其退变细胞的变化情况,并作分析。结果:升血小板冲剂分别能使化疗后小鼠的血小板、白细胞、血红蛋白等水平回升,同时也能通过提高化疗后小鼠骨髓巨核细胞数降低骨髓细胞退变率,且药效强度与其给药剂量呈一定的相关性。结论:升血小板冲剂可以减轻化疗的不良反应,明显改善化疗模型的一般情况,不仅有良好的升血小板、升高白细胞和血红蛋白的作用,还可以提高化疗后小鼠的外周血小板数和骨髓巨核细胞数,降低骨髓造血细胞的退变率,同时还能改善放化疗后所出现的一些的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: to clear up the platelet granulesreduced mice drug effect on platelet after chemotherapy,and to provide experimental basis for the clinical use of the medicine science. Methods: the male BALB / c mice were injected with carboplat- in based thrombocytopenia model,to observe the change of peripheral blood platelet,platelet orgranules treated mouse white blood cell count,hemoglobin quantitative and megakaryocyte counts and degeneration of cells,and analysis. Results: the rise of platelet granule canrebound mouse platelet,leukocyte,hemoglobin levels after chemotherapy but also through the mouse bone marrowmegakaryocyte number decreased with increasing chemotherapy bone marrow cell degeneration rate,and the pharmacodynamic strength and its dosage correlation between. Conclusion: the rise of platelet granule can reducethe side effects of chemotherapy, generally improved obviously chemotherapy model, not only havethrombopoietic,good elevated white blood cell and hemoglobin,can also platelet mouse peripheral number and the number of bone marrow megakaryocytes increased after chemotherapy,reduce the bone marrow hematopoietic cellsdegeneration rate,at the same time to improve the effect of chemotherapy after some.
