【摘要】 目的:明确升血小板冲剂对化疗后血小板减少小鼠的药效,为临床该药的科学使用提供实验依据。方法:采用雄性BALB/c小鼠腹腔注射卡铂建立血小板减少模型,观察升血小板冲剂治疗后小鼠外周血血小板、白细胞计数、血红蛋白定量和骨髓巨核细胞计数及其退变细胞的变化情况,并作分析。结果:升血小板冲剂分别能使化疗后小鼠的血小板、白细胞、血红蛋白等水平回升,同时也能通过提高化疗后小鼠骨髓巨核细胞数降低骨髓细胞退变率,且药效强度与其给药剂量呈一定的相关性。结论:升血小板冲剂可以减轻化疗的不良反应,明显改善化疗模型的一般情况,不仅有良好的升血小板、升高白细胞和血红蛋白的作用,还可以提高化疗后小鼠的外周血小板数和骨髓巨核细胞数,降低骨髓造血细胞的退变率,同时还能改善放化疗后所出现的一些的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to clear up the platelet granulesreduced mice drug effect on platelet after chemotherapy,and to provide experimental basis for the clinical use of the medicine science. Methods: the male BALB / c mice were injected with carboplat- in based thrombocytopenia model,to observe the change of peripheral blood platelet,platelet orgranules treated mouse white blood cell count,hemoglobin quantitative and megakaryocyte counts and degeneration of cells,and analysis.
