【摘要】 目的:观察中药对上消化道出血(UGIH)的作用。方法:将102例患者按半随机法分为两组。对照组52例采用内镜直视下喷洒凝血酶治疗,观察组50例加用中药复方石榴皮五倍子诃子液。结果:观察组和对照组痊愈率分别为38.00%、19.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和治疗组治疗后第1 d继续出血人数分别为15例、18例;组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。第2 d继续出血人数分别为9例、15例,第3d为4例、10例;组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和治疗组止血时间分别为(31.45±4.32)h、(50.25±6.68)h;住院时间分别为(7.02±0.53)d、(9.86±2.14)d;输血量分别为(15.20±3.16)U、(28.78±4.54)U。组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组分别有3例和2例患者出现恶心、呕吐;组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组其余患者均未发现其他明显不良反应。结论:内镜直视下喷洒中药复方石榴皮五倍子诃子液可明显缩短UGIH患者的止血时间和住院时间,降低继续出血率和输血量,且不良反应轻微,临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) on upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage( UGIH). Methods: 102 cases of patients according to method of semirandom were divided into 2 groups. 52 cases of control group were treated by spraying thrombin under endoscopic view. 50 cases of observation group added TCM compound terminalia medicine fluid. Conclusion: Endoscopic spraying Chinese medicine compound gallnut pomegranate terminalia fruit liquid can obviously shorten the UGIH patients bleeding-stop time and length of hospital stay,reduce continued bleeding rate and amount of blood transfusion and has mild and bad reaction,and the curative effect is better than pure western medicine treatment更多还原
