【摘要】 目的探讨支持性照顾在改善妇科恶性肿瘤患者生活质量中的作用。方法将64例妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为干预组32例和对照组32例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予支持性照顾。采用癌症生活质量问卷核心量表对患者的生活质量进行评价。结果干预前,2组各项目评分差异无统计学意义;干预后,除经济困难外,患者的生活质量评分,其他各项目评分均高于对照组。结论对进行临床治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者实施支持性照顾,可以提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of supportive care on quality of life in patients with gynecological malignant tumor.Methods Sixty-four patients with gynecological malignant tumor were randomly divided into intervention group(n=32)and control group(n=32).The control group was given conventional care,the intervention group was given supportive care on the basis of routine nursing.The EORTC QLQ-C 30 scale was used to surveye patients′quality of life.Results There was no statistical significance in scores of quality of life between 2groups,before intervention.After intervention,the factor scores of EQRTC QLQ-C 30 scale in the intervention group were higher than that in the control group,except economic difficulty factor.Conclusion Supportive care can improve the quality of life of patients with gynecological malignant tumor.更多还原
